Job Description:

Looking for HR professional with 6-8 years of good HR (US)Domain knowledge

2. Workday expertise in at least one of the modules ofCompensation Tuition, Absence TT Talent, Recruiting, Security, HCM andReporting

3. Hands on integration experience in functional knowledgeacross atleast one HR module including Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Absenceand payroll in workday finance

4. Good communication skills is a MUST due to therequirement to interact with Business, other FedEx stakeholders

5. Technical skills / Analytical aptitude

6. Provide Support to HR SMEs handling work streams asLifecycle Management, Compensation, Talent Management, Leave / Calendaring,Recruitment & allied activities and Activities to be performed

7. Interact with business teams in understandingrequirements, documentation

8. Provide support to the SMEs in handling theirtasks/activities

9. Triaging of issues passed on from L1 support

10. Recommend solutions, design considerations

11. Build SME knowledge base

12. Compensation WorkDay module specialist
