Collaborates with business to understand project goals and objec?tivesas related to corporate strategy. Translates business require?ments intofunctional specifications that enables information technol?ogy to design andimplement desired solution.

  • Lead, direct and coordinate requirement gathering sessions for medium to large projects.
  • Define and document business and system require?ments per information technology guidelines.
  • Complete work requests in order to maintain service level objectives in accordance with information tech?nology department goals and guidelines.
  • Support business units by investigating operations-re?lated opportunities and recommend solutions.
  • Validate and verify requirements tracing to design and test documentation.

BA with some Data Warehouse background.

• Bachelor's degree.

• 4 years progressive business analysis experience sup? portingmedium to large size projects.
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated successful ability to build positive part?nerships and workcollaboratively with cross-function?al business teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to dealwith ambiguity.
• Ability to lead discussions, make presentations and deliver technical resultsto a non-technical audience.
