Collaborates with business to understand project goals and objec?tives as related to corporate strategy. Translates business require?ments into functional specifications that enables information technol?ogy to design and implement desired solution.
•Lead, direct and coordinate requirement gathering sessions for medium to large projects.
•Define and document business and system require?ments per information technology guidelines.
•Complete work requests in order to maintain service level objectives in accordance with information tech?nology department goals and guidelines.
•Support business units by investigating operations-re?lated opportunities and recommend solutions.
•Validate and verify requirements tracing to design and test documentation.
BA with some Data Warehouse background.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 4 years progressive business analysis experience sup? porting medium to large size projects.
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated successful ability to build positive part?nerships and work collaboratively with cross-function?al business teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to deal with ambiguity.
• Ability to lead discussions, make presentations and deliver technical results to a non-technical audience.
