Job Description

Analyzes, designs and develops performance specifications and scripts based on workflows.

Ability to interpret results of performance tests and identify improvements.

Ability to create application performance test plan based on requirements of project.

Ability to recommend performance enhancements as applications are designed.

Experience in application development, understanding both mobile app and web technology stack.

SME in LoadRunner, Selenium and JMeter.

Ability to interpret and draw system diagrams.

Understand systems environments like shared resources, components and services, CPU, memory, storage, network, etc.

Understand the differences between production and test environments and how they affect testing results.

Experience testing with containers, cloud, virtualization, and configuration management.

Experience with modern APM, monitoring techniques and platforms. (Dynatrace, Splunk, etc.)

Basic working knowledge of DB/SQL/Linux.

Experience/Knowledge of load balancing.

Demonstrate outstanding flexibility and leadership with communication of performance test result interpretation and explanation to both IT and Business Users.

Understand user behaviors and analytics models.

Understanding of and experience with various types of performance testing (Load, Stress, etc.).
