Business Integrations Manager
Location is Detroit, MI
12 months Contract

•Previous IT experience a plus to help translate business requirements into development specifications
•Knowledge of MDM concepts
Coordinate and lead projects for client management - specifically in customer interaction and analytics
*Responsible for supporting the business and IT integration for Intelligent Customer Interactions (ICI)
*Communicates the project and drives project deliverables in working meetings with Stakeholders, primarily IT counterparts
*Develops the vision of what we wish to build (Business Owner View), and convey that vision to all the stakeholders, including advocacy of product to the enterprise
*Develops use cases to drive development and prioritization of operational needs
*Reviews and approves Test Scenarios and Test cases. Plans and conducts UAT.
*Manages project governance process
*Identifies the impacts on other projects and develops strategies to mitigate the impact
*Documents key project business deliverables i.e. legal requirements, business process changes, management presentations
*Interfaces with Data Governance and Data Operations teams
*Coordinate communications between MA and client management.
*Establish goals & identify training opportunities for MA staff based upon current priorities and project.
*Identify employee resource issues.
*Attend regular client management and staff meetings.
*Cultivate additional role based or deliverable based opportunities.
