Job Description

Finance AR Tech support will work with Project Manager, Business team, Technology team to capture the on-going maintenance/support related requirements and make changes to the application accordingly.



1. Support and Enhance existing Account Receivable Billing Program (this application is built in house using .net & SQL server).

2. Understand the requirement and integration to work with NetSuite to push and pull data.

3. Design and build components, templates, dialogs, and workflows.

4. Diagnose and solve technical / data related problems during month end process.

5. Provide quick turnaround during month end, temporary solution in order to maintain deadlines to keep things moving.

6. Work in an agile, rapid development and prototyping environment

7. Translate business requirements into technical requirement document and implement the same

8. Manage and prioritize workload between project and maintenance tasks

9. Ability to create reports using SSRS.

10. Knowledge on SSIS packages.

11. Knowledge on .net to NetSuite Integration using webservices(pull data from NetSuite using c#).

4 years of experience with SQL Server. • 4 years relevant professional experience working vbscript, .net, and attendant technologies. • Experience with Finance system. • Excel Macros, VBA for Access and Excel. • SSRS reporting.
