Description:
The Senior Solution Architect leads the solution design of key service of enterprise architecture is to provide guidance for solution identification and development. Thissolution architecture design process will ensure technical designs: Align with Comerica's enterprise architecture and strategic technical direction. Identify potentialimpacts to the architecture early in the initiative
Position Responsibilities
•Understand the business area impacts and identify the technical impacts of the solution.
•Lead the creation of the TAD (Technical Architecture Diagram) engaging subject matter experts and Enterprise/Domain Architect as needed.
•Ensure the TAD is created in accordance with Comerica's standards and architecture.
•re existing design patterns and platforms are leveraged as appropriate in the TAD.
•Ensure the TAD is created collaboratively with impacted technology areas.
•Guide the Application Engineer on the architectural direction for the impacted capabilities and/or applications; reviews approach.
•Ensure the DAD (Detailed Architecture Diagram) is created in accordance with Comerica standards and architecture.
•Approve DADs, ensuring alignment with the enterprise architecture and strategic directions.
•Validate the impacted architecture artifacts; update and/or create as needed.
•Submit any technology change or exception requests.
•Identify potential revisions to existing design patterns.
•Identify potential new design patterns.
•Execute Develop Design Pattern process.
