Job Description

Title: SoftwareApplication Packager

Duration: 6 monthscontract to direct

Location: AuburnHills, MI

Description:

Software Application Packager is responsible for packaging applications for automated delivery via SCCM and Application Virtualization (AppV).
Creates install instructions for applications.
Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications packaging and delivery activities.
Works with clients to identify requirements for application packaging.
Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications programming activities.
Utilizes VB scripting and command line scripting.

Requirements:

Strong trouble shooting skills for virtualized and natively delivered applications.
VB scripting and command line scripting.
Knowledge of AppV infrastructure preferred.
3 years of Microsoft Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7 experience at a highly technical level.
2 years Wise/Flexera Package Studio experience
2 years AppV experience
2 years SCCM experience (SCCM 2012 preferred)
