Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Defining Analytics Product & Road Map to address all business needs and future use cases.
Confidence in working with colleagues in different roles, including senior management and engineers
Business acumen
Drive to push excellent business and technical practices
Product Management skills and Analytics Road Map
Strong knowledge on Data Analysis, SQL, Hadoop Stack
Experience with Hadoop is MUST
Strong analytics skills, including a good understanding of statistics and interests in machine learning techniques
Good understanding of IT infrastructure
Programming is a plus.
Identify the most relevant sources of data/information needed to address the key issues on a project.
Help develop compelling “stories” that convey the relevant synthesized insights in a compelling manner to various internal stakeholder audiences
Translate the business requirements to functional specifications and coordinate with analytics development team for building analytics product .
