Job Description

Main rolesand responsibilities of this position will be to:

?         Developchange management strategies as required, incorporating change managementapproach, stakeholder management, communication, training and readinessassessments

?         Managedaily change activities and provide guidance on the change management process.

?         FacilitateChange Advisory Board Meetings.  Responsibilities include:

?         Planning,scheduling, managing and chairing CAB meetings. Includes creation of agenda’sand meeting minutes.

?         Decidingappropriate stakeholders for the CAB meetings

?         Selectingspecific changes for review at CAB meetings, based on the change policy

?         Circulatingchange details in advance of CAB meetings to allow prior consideration

?         ConductingPIR’s (Post Implementation Review) for all failed and emergency changes at theCAB meetings.

?         Managesand coordinates all activities necessary to control, track and audit Changes inthe environment for compliance with the ISTO’s Change Management.

?         Coordinatinginterfaces between change management and other processes – especially serviceasset & configuration management (SACM) and release & deploymentmanagement.

?         Conductimpact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.

?         Applya structured methodology and lead change management activities.

?         Developand improve Key Performance Indicators and improve the metrics program byinterpreting the data and recommending process improvements driving theappropriate organizational behaviors.

?         Collatechange records from multiple vendors and review for conflicts and collisions

?         Createand implement training strategies.

?         Playa vital role in helping the organization to identify gaps and developremediation plans and documented procedures to elevate PennDOT’ s changemanagement maturity

?         Ensureschange status, progress and issues are communicated to the appropriate groups.

?         Auditsand manages the process lifecycle and reports to upper management

?         Attendthird party CAB meetings and enter their changes on the remedy change calendar.

?         Performadministrative duties as needed.
