Description
The Solution Consultant is responsible for supporting & implementing workforce solutions using Kronos. As the Solution Consultant, you will maintain the application and utilize the defined implementation process to meet the established implementation milestones and targeted completion dates. You will also work in a team environment to implement and support Kronos application used at various global locations.
Strong in the following areas:
Kronos 8.0 version on a cloud platform
Experience with Kronos 6.4 version is beneficial
Perform business rule analysis, both union and non-union.
Configure software applications.
Understand and configure integration.
Configuring In-touch clocks.
Analyze enhanced requirements and creating process documentation, diagrams and feature specifications.
Consult with customers on system configuration, industry specific features and system processes and procedures
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Education & Experience:
Minimum of 5 Years’ experience in the support/implementation of Kronos (6.3, 6.4, 7) solution.
Experience utilizing PC application software (MS Office)
Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Knowledge & Experience
Automotive industry experience
